Warranty Registration
Warranty Terms & Condition
All FIERO products are fully warranted against defective materials and manufacturing faults for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of registered purchase, provided the warranty registration card is duly completed and submitted to DEKA MARKETING SDN. BHD. within ten (10) days of purchase, subject to the following provisions:
1. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover damages caused by accidents, rental or commercial usage, misuse, public disturbances, acts of God, or any unauthorized modifications or tampering.
2. The warranty will be rendered void if the serial number has been removed, defaced, or altered, or if the product has been repaired or modified by any party other than an authorized technician from DEKA MARKETING SDN. BHD.
3. The original dealer invoice and the warranty card must be presented for verification when requesting service.
4. During the warranty period, all required parts and labour or on-site service will be provided free of charge for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
5. This warranty does not cover breakable parts such as knobs, bodywork, or remote controls damaged due to battery leakage, or other external components subject to wear and tear.
6. The warranty is only valid if the warranty card is duly completed, signed, and stamped by an authorized dealer of DEKA MARKETING SDN. BHD.
7. Products requiring service, whether within or beyond the warranty period, can be sent to DEKA MARKETING SDN. BHD. for repair.
8. For commercial use, all parts of ceiling fans are covered for twelve (12) months only.
9. Customers are required to provide a long ladder for servicing ceiling fans installed above eleven (11) feet from the ground.
On-Site Service Charges for Out-of-Warranty Repairs:
- RM50 per trip – West Malaysia
- RM65 per trip – East Malaysia
Note: Charges exclude the cost of spare parts and apply if warranty terms are not fulfilled
